Looking for experienced Teppan Chef that possesses the passion to cook at a well-established Japanese Steakhouse. Must be able to serve our guests by correctly preparing/portioning menu items to the highest standard of professional cooking and be able to meet the standards of quality service and hospitality, food safety & sanitation, and cleanliness.

*Have a fun personality and create outgoing interactions with our quest. Must be able to engage
with customers and provide entertaining show while cooking a great meal.
*Be able to respond promptly and courteously to customers requests.
*Have a positive attitude and be hard working individual.
*Have the ability to work as a team and communicate with customers, co-workers, & managers.
*Have a variety of culinary skills and knowledge.
*Have a wide variety of culinary skills and knowledge.
*Able to prep vegetables, filet meat, trim & portion chicken & fish, prepare sauces.
*Have own transportation to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
*Able to maintain a clean, organized work space whether in the kitchen or cooking table-side
Teppan.

*We will train the right individual if looking for a career.
