There are really few rules here, other than have a good time and try out some new food!!! :)
Mainly, just make sure that the recipe is original to you.
If you are wanting to share a recipe that is on another site, please do not share the content. Instead just tell us what the recipe is for (i.e. shrimp fajitas, gumbo, etc...) and share the link to their page. This keeps us from having to worry about copyright infringement.
