Post-up from Maudie looked so tempting, I ran out and tried it - immediately. Imagine escargot without the snails. Shrimp instead. Nice appetizer for two, it also made a nifty light lunch for a party of one. Don't forget to dip that toasted french bread in the sauce. Savor every bite. Out the door for about $10.25 with a glass of tea - but what the hell, you're worth it.
