I would like to take a moment to thank all you military folks serving right now, that help ensure our way of life is protected.
Yes, there are flaws in the system, and things go on that the general public may or may not agree with, but if it were not for these valiant souls placing themselves in harms way for us every day, we would not likely have that opportunity to disagree with things that go on.
So today, please forget the differences. And hug a veteran, or active duty member of the Armed Forces.
And remember the ones we have lost. They gave their lives, so that we may be who we are, so that we can agree to disagree, and so that we can be a nation of diversity in so many ways.
